How can we help?

RULED is a gentle puzzle game about patterns, memory and little discoveries, with animal companions and a garden to grow.

For help, contact rules@alazara.com. A grown-up can include the device model, app version and a short description of the issue. Please avoid including a child's full name, photos or other personal details.

Restore the full game

Open For grown-ups, complete the parent gate, then choose Restore a previous purchase. Use the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Restoring an Android purchase on an Apple device, or vice versa, is not supported.

Players and progress

Each device can have up to four local players. Grown-ups can name and delete profiles through Manage players. Deleting a profile clears that player's local journey; it does not cancel the full-game purchase.

Progress stays on the device. The game does not offer cloud saves or an account for transferring journeys. Removing the app may remove those journeys.

Sound and comfort

The grown-up corner includes music, sound effects, touch feedback and reduced-motion controls. Purchases and restore need access to the platform store; installed puzzles can be played offline.
